1. Eating too much salt can make your face look bloated. (omg no wonder. i eat salt by itself!)
2. Do a liver cleanse because as thin as you are it shows in your face when you have a sluggish liver
3. drink more water to dilute the toxins in your blood
4. take out alcohol, sweets, fizzy drinks and basically anything that contains rubbish
5. or you can learn to love it for all its pinching pleasures.
